We recommend changing your Videolinq account password periodically, in addition to adding extra security to your account. To change your password do the following:
Step 1:
Login to the Videolinq customer portal.
Step 2:
Expand the account settings on the upper right side and select "Change Password".
Step 3:
Type your old password. In the next box either 'Generate Password' or type your own password. Repeat this action twice and click on the "Save Changes" icon.
Optional: read and follow the instructions listed here to match the password of the media dashboard to the password used to login to the Videolinq customer area.
