To login to Videolinq you must create first a subscription. The account creation process will trigger a "Welcome" email with instructions how to login to the customer area and to the media dashboard. Customers with an active subscription who forgot their password can reset it and login back to their account anytime. Follow these steps to access the customer portal and media dashboard.

Step 1:

After signup wait for a welcome email. Open https://billing.videolinq.com and reset your password.

Step 2:

Click on the "Dashboard" link. This will open the media dashboard. If you have few plans click on the "Services" box, and go to Step 4 below.

Step 3:

Go back to the customer area from the media dashboard by clicking the "Account" icon in the left navigation bar.

Step 4:

Each plan product page has a link to the media dashboard, a link to usage reports, an option to reset the media dashboard password (see below). To change the password use a combination of minimum 10 letters and numbers. No symbols or space allowed. On the Product Page you can also see plan limits and usage reports.
