Trial account users can access the media dashboard, but not the customer portal. To access the media dashboard use the credentials you received via email and login to https://control.videolinq.com. If you lost your password open a chat conversation with our on-boarding team and they will reset it for you.
Paid customers receive login credentials via email after they opened a subscription hosting plan. Follow these steps to access the customer portal and media dashboard.
After signup wait for a welcome email. Open https://billing.videolinq.com and reset your password.
Click on the "Services" box, click on the service plan and enter the plan settings page.
The plan page has a link to the media dashboard, a link to usage reports, and an option to reset the media dashboard password (see below). To change the password use a combination of minimum 10 letters and numbers. No symbols or space allowed. You can use the same email/password to access both the customer area and the media dashboard (step 4 below). To do this change the service plan password to match the same password assigned to the customer portal.
Step 4 (Optional):
Login directly to the media dashboard by opening https://control.videolinq.com. You can use the primary account owner Email address (or the 4-digit "Username") and password assigned to the plan in the service page as listed in step 3.
How to login to the customer portal from the media dashboard? Expand the left navigation bar and click on the handshaking "Help" icon.
To return back from the customer portal to the media dashboard click on the "Open the media dashboard" (version 3) in the service plan page as shown in option 3 above.
