To open the Videolinq dashboard you must create first a subscription. The account creation process will trigger a "Welcome" email with instructions on how to log in to the customer area and to the media dashboard. Customers with an active subscription who forgot their password can reset it and log back into their account anytime. Follow these steps to access the customer portal and media dashboard.
Client Login
Open the customer portal. Got credentials? Log in to the customer portal. Lost your password? Click on the "Reset password" option. and reset your password.
Media Dashboard
Click on the "Dashboard" link. This will open the media dashboard. If you have a few subscription plans, click on the "Services" box. Find the proper plan and open the media dashboard from the specific plan.
Return to Customer Portal
You can go back from the media dashboard to the customer portal. Expand the left navigation bar and click on the "Account" icon.
Dashboard Password
Each subscription plan has different credentials to log in to the media dashboard. To change the password use a combination of a minimum of 10 letters and numbers. No symbols or space allowed. On the Product Page, you can also see the subscription plan limits and current usage activity reports.
