Steps to take when your account is closed for no-payment.

If your Videolinq account is closed due to non-payment, you will receive an email notification, and your access to the customer portal will be revoked. However, we store closed accounts for 90 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to restore your account if needed. During this suspension period, all account settings and credentials remain inactive until the account is restored.

Steps to Restore Your Account:

  1. Contact Customer Support - Contact us via chat and provide your name and the email address associated with your account.

  2. Update Payment Method – Add a valid payment method to your account.

  3. Pay Pending Invoices – Pay outstanding invoices before we reactivate your account.

  4. Account Restoration – Once payment is completed, your account will be reopened for future use, with all previous settings and credentials reactivated.
