How to upgrade or downgrade a Videolinq subscription plan.

Upgrading or downgrading your Videolinq subscription plan is easy! Here’s how to make the change while keeping everything running smoothly.

  • Basic and Premium Plans: Renew 30 days from the subscription start date.

  • Enterprise Plan: Renews on the first day of each month (pro-rated).

Upgrade a Plan

Log in to your Videolinq account and navigate to the Manage Product section. Select the plan you want to upgrade and click on the "Upgrade" button.

Follow the prompts to complete your payment. Your upgrade will take effect immediately, with additional resources applied to your account.

Downgrade a Plan

Downgrades must be made no more than 72 hours before your plan renews. To downgrade a plan start a chat conversation with our team (Monday to Friday 8 AM to 8 PM ET) by clicking on the chat icon at the lower right corner of the media dashboard.

  • We will confirm your plan renewals date and ask that you reduce your sources, channels, and destinations to fit the limits of the new plan.

  • Your plan will be downgraded and accessible right away.

  • Note: Plan downgrade does not provide refund of unused "plan time".

  • The new plan payment will be due on the next billing cycle.

IMPORTANT: A plan can be upgraded or downgraded only once per month to allow respective billing adjustement and payment.
