Customers who purchased a Videolinq subscription plan during our AppSumo promotion can add to their plan access to the Videolinq Player and the new automated closed captioning service introduced with Videolinq version 4.
Current Plan Features
The Videolinq AppSumo plan does not include access to the Videolinq player or automated closed captioning service.
Upgrade Plan Option
To use the Videolinq player or the automated closed captioning service, contact our customer service team and ask to upgrade your Videolinq AppSumo Lifetime plan. We will ask you to add a valid credit card to your account and enable these features quickly.
Bonus data received with the plan will apply until used by the player. Additional data transfer used by the player will incur a $0.18 per GB charge.
Automated closed captioning service will be billed at the end of every month.
You will continue to keep your Videolinq AppSumo Lifetime plan, and will not pay monthly subscription fees.
