We believe in educated customers: the more you know, the better you will be able to use our service! Here is where you can find help configuring your Videolinq account and live streams!

Chat Support

Contact our support team by opening a chat conversation. Live chat support is available Monday - Friday between 8 AM to 8 PM ET. Chat response time depends on the support plan associated with your subscription.

Tutorial Videos

Every page on the Videolinq media dashboard has links to short tutorial videos explaining how to use the section.

Help Center

Use the Videolinq help center to search, find, and read articles we post about common questions most customers have. Click on the icon in the upper right corner of the media dashboard and enter the Help Center.

Use the search bar to type your question. Sort, find, and read suggested articles.

Support Plans

Customers using the Free plan receive support from our onboarding team via chat. Paid plans have access to the Standard and Silver support plan. Paid accounts can also subscribe to a Gold support plan.

IMPORTANT: We encourage customers to read articles and watch tutorial videos to learn how to use Videolinq. Watching a 2-minute video can help you solve a problem instantly, instead of exchanging multiple messages with our team :)
