Account data analytics are only available to paid Videolinq customers. For a fast and basic view of your hosting plan output hours and data transfer used open the media dashboard and look at the home page. Data analytics showing output hours and data transfer the account used this month and in past months (select the custom option and set the start/end dates for the report). A more comprehensive set of account usage reports is available on the customer portal. To access these reports do the following:
Log in to the customer portal and click on the "Services" icon.
The Services section will open. Click on the plan you want to see reports for. The Plan page will open. Click on the Open data usage reports in the middle right section of the page.
The Reports page will open in a new browser tab. Find the "Date Picker" link on the left upper section and open the calendar widget. Select the "Start Date" and "End Date" for the report and "Apply".
Expand the left navigation bar and narrow down your search. Proper data to the category you selected will display. This image shows output hours in 2019, broken down by monthly activity.
Expand the CDN Service by Date/Time and you will see this image that shows data transfer activity in 2019 broken down by month.
