How to contact Videolinq regarding customer service and technical issues?

Videolinq customers now have access to a streamlined support system designed to efficiently address technical, sales, and customer service issues. Our support system offers live assistance, a self-service help center, and ticket tracking, ensuring all your needs are met in one place.

Live Assistance Hours

Our support team is available for live assistance from 8 AM to 8 PM ET, and we are ready to help with any questions or issues you may have. Response times for technical support adhere to the terms outlined in Videolinq’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) and support standards, ensuring high-quality service based on your support level.

How to Access Support

To contact Videolinq support, open the chat bubble located at the bottom-right corner of the Videolinq website or media dashboard.

Start a Conversation

Click the chat bubble to begin a new conversation with our team.

You can also review old archived conversations for reference.

Support Tickets

If your issue requires further investigation, a support ticket will be created. These tickets are stored in the Tickets section of your account and remain accessible for up to 12 months. This allows you to review past issues and track ongoing resolutions. Do not use the old support ticketing system.
